This Agreement governs your access to and use of the croyale platform, including all gaming services, payment processing, and account management features available to players in the Philippines.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) croyale account only. 10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit croyale's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Philippine law.
11.1 croyale may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) croyale is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) croyale reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) croyale determines in its sole discretion that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
11.2 Upon account termination for cause, croyale reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account where permitted by law, including where such balance is reasonably believed to be connected to prohibited conduct.
11.3 Players may close their own croyale account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within a reasonable time.
